Understanding your portfolio metrics

Portfolio LTV (Loan-to-Value) shows how leveraged you are overall. Lenders typically cap individual buy-to-let mortgages at 75% LTV. Keeping portfolio LTV below 60% gives you a safety buffer against price drops.
