The problem
Managing rental properties in the UK means tracking Gas Safety certificates, EPC ratings, EICR inspections, deposit protection, Right to Rent checks. Each with different renewal dates and penalties for missing them.
Most landlords cobble together spreadsheets, calendar reminders, and paper files. It works until it doesn't. Miss one certificate and you're facing fines or invalid section 21 notices.
Existing software was either too complex (built for large letting agencies) or too basic (just a glorified spreadsheet).
