A tenant portal for landlords, free for both of you
Each tenant gets a login to see their rent and documents, report repairs with photos and ask about pets. You answer in one place, and everything stays on record.

Tenants
Fewer texts, and a record of everything
Most landlords deal with tenants over WhatsApp, texts and the odd email. That works until you need the photo of the damp patch from last winter, or proof of when a repair was reported.
With LieuTenant each tenant has a login of their own. Repairs come in with photos, replies sit underneath, and the history stays with the tenancy.
It helps with the new rules too. Pet requests arrive in writing with a date on them, and you’re reminded before the 28 days you have to reply are up.
What tenants get

- What’s due, what they’ve paid and anything late.

- Pet requests
- They ask in writing, and you reply with your decision and your reasons.
- Everyone on the tenancy
- Add each tenant named on the tenancy, and each gets their own login.
- Invited by email
